Services Provided Tikanish provides access to the Meta WhatsApp Business API, automation tools, and messaging services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. 3. Compliance with Meta Policies Users must strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Any violation of Meta's policies may result in immediate suspension of your API access without notice. 4. Prohibited Content Users are prohibited from sending messages that contain: Spam or unsolicited promotional material. Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content. Adult content, illegal substances, or prohibited goods/services. Malware or malicious links. 5. Fees and Payments Service fees are billed according to your selected plan. In addition to Tikanish platform fees, users are responsible for Meta’s conversation-based pricing. Failure to clear dues may lead to service interruption. 6. Data Privacy We value your privacy. Your data and customer information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Since our infrastructure is powered by awebcs.com, data processing may involve their secure technical frameworks. 7. Limitation of Liability Tikanish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from the suspension of accounts by Meta. 8.
