Vendor Terms
Vendor Terms and Conditions
1. Partnership Scope
These Vendor Terms apply to third-party entities ("Vendors") who utilize Tikanish infrastructure to provide WhatsApp solutions to their own end-customers. Vendors are independent contractors and not employees or legal agents of Tikanish or awebcs.com.
2. Reseller Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the first-level support of their clients and for ensuring their clients adhere to Meta’s official guidelines. Any breach of terms by a Vendor's client is the ultimate responsibility of the Vendor.
3. API Usage & Limits
Vendors must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures implemented by Tikanish or awebcs.com. Unauthorized reverse engineering or "scraping" of the Tikanish platform is strictly prohibited.
4. Brand Representation
Vendors may not use the "Meta," "WhatsApp," "Tikanish," or "awebcs.com" logos or trademarks without explicit written permission, except as required to identify the source of the API service.
5. Confidentiality
Vendors agree to keep all technical documentation, pricing structures, and partner-only features confidential and shall not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent from Tikanish.
6. Indemnification
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Tikanish and awebcs.com harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from the Vendor's misuse of the API or violation of third-party rights.
7. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
While Tikanish and awebcs.com strive for 99.9% uptime, Vendors acknowledge that the WhatsApp API is a third-party service managed by Meta. Tikanish is not responsible for downtimes caused by Meta's infrastructure.
8. Compliance Audits
Tikanish reserves the right to audit Vendor messaging logs and use-cases to ensure compliance with Meta’s official policies.
